+Set `ROUNDCUBE_SKIN` in `.env` to choose the UI skin (default `elastic`). The image bundles `elastic` and `larry`; any other skin published as `roundcube/<name>` on Packagist (for example `roundcube/larry`) is installed automatically on container start. Because the web root is bind-mounted at `./var/www`, installed skins persist across container recreations.
